Ty Martin

Certified Paralegal

Ty Martin is a certified paralegal with Buescher Law Group. He joined our firm in 2015 after spending two decades working in human resources where he focused on recruitment and employment compliance for both nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies. Now, at Buescher Law Group, Ty specializes in all areas of family law litigation, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, research, case management and strategy, and client relations.

Ty obtained his Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies (High Distinction) from Phoenix College in 2013. There, he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Recently, he attended Arizona State University where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He graduated summa cum laude with his B.A.S. in Historical Religion in 2016. Previously, he attended Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management where he focused on Finance for Executives (2010) and earned his Nonprofit Executive Management Certificate from Georgetown University in 2010.

Prior to joining Buescher Law Group, Ty spent many years working as a Senior Profession in Human Resources. He earned his Certified Paralegal (CP) credential from the National Association of Legal Assistants (2014-current).

A native of Colorado, Ty is a Denver Broncos fan. He has lived and worked all over the United States, including Florida, Washington D.C., and Montana before ultimately settling down in Arizona in 1993. In his spare time, Ty is an avid reader of world history, an adventurous foodie, an amateur hagiographer, and enjoys nothing more than exploring faraway places with his wife of 20 years and two teenage children.
